PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY

If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment will still end at the originally scheduled time. So that it will not affect the next customer’s appointment. Please try to arrive 10-15 min early, so you can relax yourself before your treatment. If you arrive too late, your appointment may have to be rescheduled.

SICKNESS

Please reschedule your appointment if you are sick.

TRANQUILLY

Our salon environment is tranquil and relaxing. Please try to walk and talk quietly in our salon for other customers. We would appreciate it if you set your mobile phones to silent mode.

CANCELATIONS

24 hours notice is required for all appointments cancellation and changes. Otherwise 50% of the treatment amount may be charged. We will confirm your appointment one day before your visit. Please ensure to make any changes at this time.

GRATUITIES

Our best reward is if you recommend us to a friend. After your friend’s first visit, you will receive a thank you email offering $15 off your next treatment. Please ask our friendly therapist about the details.
