📱Online Booking Deposit:
To secure your appointment, our online booking system requires a 20% deposit of the total treatment fee at the time of booking.
📝Our Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel your appointment up to 48 hours in advance, occurring no charge.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee (50% of the treatment cost), while all no shows will incur the full-service fee. These policies help us manage bookings and support our small business—thank you for your understanding.

To reschedule or cancel your appointment, please call the salon at 02 8385 2325. As a small business, we truly appreciate as much notice as possible so that we may offer the appointment slot to another client. Your thoughtfulness helps us continue delivering quality service to everyone—thank you for your understanding.

To ensure a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere for all clients, we kindly ask that you
switch off your mobile phone and

🚗Parking & Transport:
We are conveniently situated next to the council car park on Seaview Street. It’s just a 5-minute walk from the bus stops for routes 428, 426, 425, and 418, a 10-minute walk from the Light Rail at Dulwich Grove station, and a 15-minute stroll from Dulwich Hill Station
🕙Arrival Time:
Please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure a smooth and relaxing start.
If you arrive late to your appointment, there is a possibility that your treatment time may be reduced in order to accommodate other clients. We’ll always do our best to provide the most relaxing experience possible within the available time.
