For orders posted to Australian Destinations

All orders delivered within Australia are sent with Australia Post or our courier. You will be emailed a tracking number.

Estimate Delivery time of your order will take between 1-5 business days. We will contact you if there is a possibility to take longer than 1-5 business days.

Shipping fee is FREE when you spend over $100 AUD after any applicable discounts. Orders totalling under $99.99 AUD will be charged an shipping fee of $10.00 AUD.

Remote Area
Additional $10 will be charged.

Express Post
Additional $5 will be charged

Unattended Delivery Instructions: Entering unattended delivery instructions during checkout, will provide an authority to Australia Post or Sendal to leave your parcel at the delivery address according to the instructions, without obtaining a signature when the delivery address is unattended. Therefore you will be responsible for any loss or damage to your parcel associated with your delivery instructions.

Any items that remain unclaimed at the destination suburb post office, due to the customer not present when the delivery was made, and which are subsequently returned to VELOUR Beauty Parlour, will incur an additional fee of $10 AUD to resend to the correct address. A seperate invoice for the fee will be provided.

Any items that are returned to VELOUR Beauty Parlour due to the customer providing an incorrect or incomplete address will incur an additional fee of $10 AUD to resend. A seperate invoice for the fee will be provided.

If a request is made for a refund on any items that are returned to us due to the customer not present when the delivery is made, or an incorrect address was supplied by the customer, then a fee of $10 will be deducted from any refund amount given to the customer.

VELOUR Beauty Parlour accepts no further responsibility for items marked as "Delivered" by Australia Post or our courier's online tracking system, unless these products are found to be faulty in which case faulty items are to be notified within 14 days (see Returns).

Returns

Money Back Guarantee on Unopened goods

Unopened goods may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Please email beauty@velourbeautyparlour.com.au of your intention to return your goods.

Please ensure products are securely protected in bubble wrap or other protective packaging.

A postal tracking number must be obtained and please email us this tracking number.

Once products are received and confirmed as unopened you will be refunded for 100% of the purchase price of your returned goods.

All approved refunds are credited back to AfterPay account, or credit card which was used to purchase the products.

We are unable to refund any shipping costs you may have incurred on the sale.

Returns on opened goods will be accepted only if the goods are faulty. Please email beauty@velourbeautyparlour.com.au.

Any faults must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery.

Please enclose proof of your shipping cost to return the goods as this amount up to a value of $20 AUD will be refunded.

Once goods have been received by VELOUR Beauty Parlour then you will be refunded.

All approved refunds are credited back to the customer via AfterPay account, or credit card which was used to purchase the products.

Returns based on skin reactions.

Requests for returns of products due to adverse skin reactions will require investigation by us or our supplier on your use of the product

Photographic evidence of any skin reaction is required to be disclosed to us before any refund can be considered.

Return postage costs are at the consumers own expense and will not be refunded

Placing an Order

To purchase products from our website use the “Add To Bag” buttons located on our online shop pages.

You will carefully follow the steps during the checkout process ensuring all information you supply (including name, address, email, telephone) are complete and accurate prior to completing payment for your order.

Payment for products must be made in full with a credit or debit card, or a AfterPay account before your order can be processed for shipping.

When using a credit or debit card you must be the owner of the card and have sufficient funds to cover payment.

We will validate any payment you have made by data we receive from our payment gateway. This validation will be required before your order can be processed for shipping.

When you complete your order, you agree that you do so subject to these terms and conditions which are current to the date you submit your order. It is your responsibility for reviewing our terms and conditions prior to submitting your order as we reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.

When your order is placed you will receive by email a confirmation of your order. It is your responsibility to ensure the email address entered at the time of order is correct, otherwise you may not receive our correspondence. If you believe you have entered your email address incorrectly please contact us at beauty@velourbeautyparlour.com.au immediately.

The email confirmation of order is for informational purposes only. We may in our discretion refuse to accept an order for any reason, including unavailability of supplies or we may offer you an alternative product. We will advise if you will need to resubmit any order under these circumstances.

If you discover that you have made a mistake with your order please contact us at beauty@velourbeautyparlour.com.au immediately to ensure we have time to make amendments. Once your order has been shipped amendments cannot be made. However you may still qualify for a return within 14 days of purchase. Please refer to our Returns page for full details of our returns policy.

We only accept Australian Dollars.

Your Account

Every customer who purchases products from our website will have their own individual login account which may be used to track the progress of any order as well as viewing a history of past orders.

There is no requirement to register an account with us prior to making a purchase, as we will automatically use the email, name and phone contact data entered during the checkout process, to create your account for you. You will be sent an email containing your new account details which will contain a link back to our website for the purposes of setting up a password for your account.

When a subsequent order is made by a customer who is not logged into our website, whose email address matches the email of an existing account, then that order will be associated to the matching existing account.

Product Suitability

If you are unsure as to the suitability of any product, please submit the Home Skincare Consultation request on our website.

Home Skincare consultation without physical in salon skin consultation.

We will provide skincare advice for online customers by phone, by email, video call or messenger. This may involve suggestions to use certain products from our online store based on the information you provide to our skin therapists in order to treat your skin concerns. However, it is not always possible to prevent you from having adverse skin reactions to any of our products with or without a physical in salon skin consultation. We will not be responsible for any adverse reactions to your skin under these circumstances. In certain situations refunds may be provided.

Also, the results by using products that you purchase based on the skincare consultation by our skin therapists are not guaranteed to comply your expectation as expectation is subjective. Therefore, refunds are not to be provided.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available for purchase on our website.

Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 year from the date of purchase.

Promotional Emails & Texts

We reserve the right to email or text our customers with details of any promotions we have. After they make their first online product purchase or first salon treatment, or by directly subscribing to our mailing list,Customers are added to our mailing list using the form details.

When you purchase something from our store or book a treatment through online, as part of the buying, selling booking process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then ECWID stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

Here is a list of cookies that we use. We’ve listed them here so you that you can choose if you want to opt-out of cookies or not.

· _session_id, unique token, sessional. These cookies allow ECWID to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc).

· _shopify_visit, no data held, cookies are persistent for 30 minutes after the last visit, this is then used by our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of store visits

· _shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) the following day, Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.
