Founder Velour Skin & Beauty Palour
Ai has been a passionate beauty therapist for over 20 years, and her love for the industry has remained strong since the beginning of her career. She finds joy in helping clients feel confident, relaxed, and cared for, knowing that even a small treatment can make a meaningful difference in someone’s day. Ai’s philosophy is centred on a holistic and personalised approach to beauty therapy. She believes treatments should not only deliver beautiful results but also provide a calming, restorative experience.
Simi (Simran) from Nepal. Influenced by makeup videos on YouTube and Instagram, she started working as a freelance makeup artist after high school in 2015. Later, she joined beauty school and started doing beauty professionally from 2018. Simi loves doing eyebrows and facial treatments. She loves to see how happy and relaxed clients are after the treatments.

Alexis brings over 10 years of experience in the beauty industry. “I had the incredible opportunity to work alongside Ai at a beauty salon near Harajuku in Tokyo, an experience that remains one of the highlights of my career. Japan has always held a special place in my heart, so getting to collaborate with Ai again feels like a full-circle moment. ” Alexis’s passion lies in facials and skincare. “There’s nothing more rewarding than watching someone’s skin transform and helping them achieve their best, most radiant self.”
Chika has always been passionate about beauty. From a young age, she was captivated by skincare, makeup, and the art of self-care. That passion evolved into purpose when she enrolled at beauty college, transforming her fascination into a finely tuned professional skillset. Now, Chika channels her creativity and expertise to empower others – making sure every client feels confident, radiant, and uniquely beautiful. For Chika, beauty is more than technique – it’s a way to celebrate individuality and help people shine in their own skin.
